Thanks for the reply...U said AOR, so for AOR i just need o write it on the paper and just upload it, rite ?
Also, in the Optional Documents itis asking : Optional Documents: Schedule 1 - Application for a temerory Resident Visa made outside Canada (IMM 5257)

Does it mean that i can apply for the Temporary visa together with this BOWP application as well ?
Have u received ur BOWP ? for how much duration ?

I can give you some information bases on my experiences. For the optional documents, I attached AOR email, employment letter and, PNP letter, my PGWP. It took me 5 weeks to get my BGWP.

I paid $255 and waited for 5 weeks to get my BGWP

Guys, please i need your help.

I already applied for the extension of my work permit. Not sure if i made the right payment after reading your comments.

I have an existing Open Work Permit due to expire in July, 2016.

I was nominated by SINP (Employer Specific). My employer paid the $255 compliance fee and i paid $155 work permit fee only.

Do i have to also pay the Open Work Permit fee of $100? I submitted the application last month. Please let me know if i need to pay the $100 fee again.

I too consulted here from other forum friends so im not that much expert on it.
But one thing i am wondering about is if u already had an Open Work Permit then y u or ur employer paid Complience fees of $ 255 ?
Plz don't be worried by my question as i said i too not familier with this application much

The reason my employer had to pay the fee was because, my nomination from the province of Saskatchewan was tied to my employer (Employer Restriction)

Thank you Lucky champ for your response. One other aspect if i can land outside my PNP province(MB). My communication address is of Manitoba only and also my job offer letter shows initial base location as Manitoba.

Does this hold good to show a connection with MB in case i land in Ontario.. Please suggest.

$255 is right and they issue extension for one year

Definitely not since you have applied PNP for Manitoba you have to be landed there secondly you must signed MOU that you will stay in that particular province for next two years and even currently you have strong ties thats why eligible for PNP. But on the other hand you have to update them your current address as well otherwise it will integrity issue and your case may delay....sorry

so just follow the rules once you get PR then work on other options that what I believe.
