You have two options... First, cancel everything for passport renewal application so you can send your passport immediately . Second, continue to renew your passport and tell them that you still need it for PPR and landing. They will let you borrow it while your passport application is in progress.
I am happy for you. Congratulations! I know you did those applications because you have your own reasons. If I were, I would also do what you did to lessen stress and worries. But, you're PR now, let's just celebrate with family and friends...

Thanks... I am not expecting it as well... I was hoping for January because there are still waiting in July and August. But I am really happy. I'm in BC, i don't know what my NOC is... I am a food counter attendant. For sure next few days all of us is going to receive PPR...
