I got my AOR the 15th. Still can't access ECAS.
Congratulations

Can someone please advise....

We have submitted all our education and work related documents to PNP offices.

For CIC application, they didnt request for any of those doxs at this stage.

Does that mean, cic collects those docs from PNP... And we don't need to send any proof again? Till the final decision of PR.

I had the same doubt. Even though they didn't ask for it I still sent them all educational and work documents with my application.

CIC specified that you should not send anything that aren't required. and CIC receives PN certificate directly from the province, all you need is a copy of nomination letter with the reference number.

I believe CIC don't need it as the reason they grant you PR is because the province nominated you, not because you have experience and education. (Of course the province nominates you because you have met that requirement, so that's still indirectly related)

Thats correct.
