You think i can travel now even my husband not yet exit in border for his final because he is the primary
No cant travel as if you land before your husband they will hold your pp and copr
They will stamp it and give it you after your husband is done with his landing

Hi there, I’m also a July 24th 2017 applicant (that’s when I got confirmation fr CIC that they’ve started processing my app.). BG’s been in progress for a few months. No DM or PPR. What’s taking them so long?

Hello all,

I got my AOR, RPRF request and even an invitation to use pre-arrival services, all within a normal timeframe. However, my background status still reads "we are processing your background check". It never changed to N/A. I called CIC to inquire whether everything is ok with my application, and they say that it it. Still, I am very worried. I feel like something is wrong, because everyone else's status changed to N/A when they received invitation to pre-arrival services.
My question is, has any of you had the same problem? I am only a year in, much newer than people on this thread, however, I am hoping to get an answer from someone who's further ahead in the process. Is this change to N/A a necessary step in application processing? Will my application be delayed? I have such a bad feeling about this :(
