Anyone applied after May.20 2016 got Background check?

I am May 20, 2016 applicant. My background online says N/A but I called CIC and she said that my file has been transferred to Ottawa and my background is in process.

I am May.30 Applicant. called cic on Monday. they said nothing changed on my file after medical check.
