Anyone knows how long will it takes to get ppr after dm?

Online my status says not applicable but I called CIC two days back and they said its in the process and everything looks good and find no reason to direct message to officer reviewing my file. May 30 2016, CIC received my application.

May 20th applicant. My BG shows N/A on GCKey but I called IRCC yesterday and the call center agent said my BG is in process.

My timeline is exactly like yours. Called cic yday and got the same reply.

Just got the reply from CIC and they are saying that everything is ok: security and criminality are valid. The application is pending for final decision. THe weird thing they are saying is: "currently reviewing the application and documents submitted to determine if your constituent and their family members meet the eligibility requirements under the class for which they have applied"
What do they mean? Why eligibility requirements link is going to express entry? I am applying as Provincial Nominee. Is that an error? Should I contact them to check that they are not trying to verify if my package is valid for express entry?
Also, this message that secirity and criminality are valid. What does that mean? Did I pass them?
