hmm I am not pretty sure if they transfer my file there or not .. coz i haven't got any update by their side .

but the the last time i put enquiry about update on my file i got reply by Ottawa .so not pretty sure which visa office is mine .

If you are inland, Sydney does the initial eligibility check and pass it on to Ottawa for admissibility processing so its not Syndey or Ottawa. I verified this information with cic and all the inland pnp processing occurs in this fashion. You would have Sydney as your primary VO and Ottawa as secondary local office.

Yea might be the case, i received my file number from Ottawa though so maybe Sydney did whatever they had to in first 2 months and then passed my file onto Ottawa.

Just heard from a friend that when your application past a year CIC automatically send MR requests. It happens with 10 people Alberta applicants. Don't know how truthful information it was but I'm desperately waiting for May 12th now.

No, I'm not an Express entry Applicant. I'm normal Paper based applicant under PNP class. I sent my IELTS along with my other documents.

You receive your first and only AOR (w/ UCI, Application #) from Syndey office though, correct? What file number are you referring to then? I am just asking for my own clarity.

I understand you and I agree with your thoughts. CIC should recognize us as we are supporting Canadian economy.
