It's not a hard rule, but expect MR in about a year after you applied, so sometime around May 16'th, 2017

AOR on Jan 10th, Paid RPRF fee in advance with principal applicant and it was charged on 2016 Dec 25. Right now, have no further movements yet. This is what shows on my applications status on CIC. Still waiting for medical request but god know how long it takes. Inland MPNP BTW.
