I have received SINP OID nomination..
My child family name is in correct in the nomination letter..in fact i typed wrong in the sinp application..

How to request for correction..

Hello,

I had the same issue. It was my mistake, I spelt my wife's name wrongly in the application so the nomination letter came with excatly what I entered.

To resolve this, do a search on google for "Request for Revision and/or Extension Form". Print out the form, fill it and scan to immigration@gov.sk.ca. You will need to also attach a scanned copy of your child's passport.

You will issued a new nomination letter with the amended information in a day or two.
