Once you have got provincial nomination CIC would not verify your education and experience because these have been already assessed at province level. CIC only does Medical and background checks before giving PR.

Submitting IELTS TRF with paper based application is mandatory requirement but I am not sure whether CIC review it or not.

I received my AOR on Sep 30, same here nothing has changed - Status Open - Reviewing in process

It doesnt shows anything on my cic account, even status etc, just shows application is unavailable to checked it..

Actually I am weak in English and my medium of Education is mother tongue Hindi, as well I appeared in IELTS only of 20 days short notice. So I couldn't get handsome band score. L 5.5, W 5.5, R 5, S-5. Now I re-send the Application and got delivered at Sydney on 3 Nov.

This is mentioned about in SINP, CLB4 accepted. Your matter is pending for a long time, I think u r Jan. 2015 applicant. So, taking risk is not good. Try to improve some. My application delivered on 3 Nov. They will open it after 3 months. I believe that they will accept, because it is CLB 6. I paid again through Credit Card online instant payment. They have returned my previous fee.
