My fee deducted on 13 sept, 2016 and its 26 sept, 2016 today, haven't received any file number or response yet? I applied through paper base application after SINP approval. Is it normal ? I am already in Canada.Seniors please help!So upset? I already call CIC and they are saying they can't do anything about it. Sad

You are in the same boat than me. I hope received AOR next week or October 1st week too.
My file was received by CIC on June 23.
Are you able to link your application online ? Unfortunately I am not. However I tried all tricks from the forum.

Yes, I linked my application on 17 September, I didn't try earlier. And now in my account the application status becomes unavailable.

I do not received the AOR yet, but next steps in my research is:
1.) If you are not inland - CIC will transfer your application for your home country - VO ( Visa Office) - In my case will be Sao Paulo Brazil.
2.) Then in some cases you received liked a second AOR from your VO
3.) Probably from today you need to waiting for about 6 months for MR - Medical Requests.
4.) Do the Medical and delivered to VO.
5.) About 2 months to Decision Made.
6.) After that you need to pay another fee PR and deliver your passport to CIC stamped the visa with Permanent Resident. ;D
7.) Landing process. Since you are inland you need go to the border to proceed with PR.
8.) In about 2 months you and your family will receive the PR cards in the address that you inform in landing process.

So in about 9-10 months if everything flows well you can plan your landing process.

I have received a request for medical and payment of right of permanent residence fee from LVO today to be done in 30 days.
Looks like LVO is progressing rapidly.

I received my AOR from CIO on 24th August 2016.
