I already extended my nominee because of my work permit was expiring...and I got a new work permit which is 2 years.. so im worry about IF... there is any problems happened.. Also, if that happened.... what can I do...??? Apply through express entry or what?










yea, you can extend it once, you will mail your nomination office, they will renew it and add aditional 3 months, but what i no is that CIC rarely return application this days, make sure u fill all forms, and sign it, and pay application fee, they cant return it

My only concern is the AOR waiting time is increasing. Upto 15th May candidates it was near 70 days. For you it is 80 days. What is going to happen to June candidates? Hope we will see some speedy processing.

Timeline:
Application received by CIC: May 5th 2016.
AOR issued: June 24th 2016.
Medical requests issued: August 8th 2016.
