I have the same status, and I have not done my medical. I called, and after 73 mins of waiting, I spoke with someone. I was told that this was a glitch. Their office is preparing to send medical request forms, and I should receive them in 5 days (business?). If not, then I should contact them via web form.

I had ordered my gcms notes and received it yesterday, genertaed on 29th May 2017. The whole Medical request thingy is a bogus update. In my case, nothing (elibigility, criminality, medical, background) has been initiated so there is no way I would receive a medical prematurely out of the blue yet I am showing the same status reported by several members on this forum and what much of this chaos is about. Unless CIC has significant change to processing since past one week, it is unlikely that this is a true medical request. I am also reading on other threads where folks who received AOR a week or two ago has the same status so its practically impossible for that to happen. I understand it discouraging but don't let your hopes down as its going to dawn upon us sooner or later. Live life opne day at a time and we all will eventually end up in Canada one day.

I got my medical today about an hour ago. CIC received my application on May 29,2016 . I had the same bogus Medical Request in my profile yesterday without a message but the message just came in today. The profile still isn't right as it says they are reviewing my medical results but i do see the message. Good luck to everyone else.

I m september applicant..I also got the same request about the medical.but nothing in inbox. I feel like its glitch. Who knows? If its not glitch that would be awesome.. finger crossed

Mine was saying we request Medical yesterday and today it's saying we reviewing the medical result .... hahahaha ha . But haven't got it yet !!
