MY APPLICATION RECIEVED BY CIO ON APRIL 8TH 2015 (INLAND)
GOT XEP ON JUNE 4TH 2015

ITS BEEN ALMOST 5 MONTHS I DID NOT GET ANY REPLY FROM CIC.

ANY ONE ON THE SAME BOAT.

What do you mean by no reply from CIC? You got the XEP ! That's how it works. Don't expect to many correspondences from CIC during this process, as they tend to be quiet.

Can you see the status online (use your number without XEP)? If so then you are good. YOu might have missed it in junk folder.

No one got MR for many Feb applicants. After June mid MR emails are not coming. So when Feb applicants are waiting MR then for April you can expect later.
