We have same timeline my dear! I wonder whether pp with job offer are moving slowly or not moving at all. My new note is still the same as the previous one! I do not understand!!!

If anyone is in a situation (now or in future people reading this from google) where they have PPR, but cannot mail their passport within the 30 day deadline, good news...I emailed CIC explaining my situation (had travel arrangements that cannot be postponed), and they said they will grant the extension by another month. Just make sure when you request extension that you also attach scanned copies of your flight tickets, letters explaining and so on.

How come they requested additional docs before you submitted the application?
By looking at your timeline I see you submitted application on 16-06-2-14 whereas the docs requested on 10-06-2014
