I am assuming both you guys haven't got an AOR yet? I think bunch of us without a QA call are on the same boat, either they've lost our files or it's on some extensive kind of review. Again, we can only assume things from here, nothing is certain from our side.

I doubt if they have lost so many files. Its not just one. And it is for all in late may to early june mostly. Couple of exceptions.
They can do as much extensive review as they want and take time but that has nothing got to do with aor. aor is not = pr. Again why 90% of them in the same time frame.
There is no logical explanation.

Not lost. BUt likely part of a pile they forgot to prioritize for some reason.
From the GCMS notes, it shows that they accepted nomination in November but have not done anything else on it.

We can only wait. Nothing can be done. I contacted my MP who took down my info but the guy went on vacation before giving me any info. Waiting for him to come back. Its funny how everything about my pr process is unusually slow. It took me 1.5 years to get nomination from ontario since they had run of slots when i applied since my lawyer took his sweet time sending in the application and now this is taking forever.

Agree something is going on. Its mainly from May to Sept people without AOR. I sent them email a month ago but no reply.

I'm trying to list all May to September applicant who have their file processing stopped (including no AOR, med, etc.)

they told me to make the immigration size like for your application, not the passport size
but I know form other people that they also accepted passport size

I could be wrong but if you do the medical exam in Ottawa, they take the photographs when you get there.

What else should I expect after Medical test?

Photograph is only need if the Doctor is submitted your medial by post. Try to contact those petitioner who can submit your medical by internet. That will also take less time.

After medical, you will get request for RPRF (landing fee) and PR (passport request)
