I think you can apply for WP using your nomination, I used my nomination certificate as my lmia, in my case I need to apply cause my husband status got to expired... just used online application and you can see if you can use your nomination cert... my husband got open permit but mine close, but thats okay, we got valid status till dec. 2016... applied sept 24, 5 wks after my nomination... just in case if you would like to extend your work permit...

I am not sure how I can do that. It says clearly on CIC website that you need a positive eligibility assessment or AoR in order to get BOWP.
The job that I am doing right now is a very basic job which won't come under any of the NOC codes, so on what basis would they give me a work permit?

It sometime takes 15 days i.e, 2 weeks to come after AOR.

If its been 2 weeks, then call CIC

I ve got two more questions

1) In IMM 5562 I have to list all my travels. What If I lost my first passport and I wont be able to give this information for the 2006 year?
2) Additional dependants IMM 0008DEP guide says "You must list all family members in your application for permanent residence, whether they are accompanying you to Canada or not. You must also provide details on family members whose location is unknown (including those missing or presumed dead). If you don't, you will not be able to sponsor family members at a later date if they are not listed on your application." Do I need to list my parents and sister so that I could sponsor my mum later? Or it this apply only to kids and spouses?

That is right. Last aor was given to 14th may applicant. I am the veteran, the unluckiest one here. Aug end applicants are getting aor now

like in 10 months of wait time i m adding her in 4 th month afte recving medical...
