last month they used to tell us the Decision wether its positive or negative.. but now i guess they had too many calls asking DM so they dont say anything they dont even bother going inside the file.you just have to wait ...thats what their answer is.. dont know wtf is going on..pissed.

Yes I called CIC 3 weeks ago, she confirmed that my application is approved but after been waiting so long, I doubt on the decision now :'(

Hi guys,
I've got my passports back. Something for you guys to reference:
1- I sent my passports on 27th, May, they received it on 29th May. My Visa was issued on 1st, June. They sent it back on 9th June. For some reasons (maybe that's the way they work), they kept everything for the whole week before they sent it back to me.
2- Visa is valid until 8th, August, 2015 which is the last day of my 1 year medical examination (I did my medical examination on 8th August, 2014).

How do you check when Visa was issued??

For your question: I think your husband should send his pass to the Canada Embassy in your country or the country that is responsible to serve your nationality.

I called CIC yesterday and the agent told me that everything is OK but need to be final approved by Ottawa office. Bad news is my file is still in Sydney.... :'( :'(
We wait toooooo long for ppr....

you are lucky enough to find a representative to look in to your file and let you know the current status. We don't even have that luck we just hear that "16 months processing blah blah".

I called CIC too many times and really, this agent is very nice and she is the only one looked into my file. Just try....
