I have a question and would appreciate if you share your experiences:

At the time that I wanted to submit my application to CIC (to Sydney Office) I had not my Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from back country in hand and at that time my thought was that I will get AOR and document request in 2,3 months and then I will submit my PCC on that time. However, my AOR as other May-June applicants took 10

If you had submitted your pcc in the beginning and it had expired at cic office you would probably have had a stronger argument (you hadn't visited your country since PCC issuance, but as someone pointed out that someone may get convicted after leaving the country in the next one year).
But since you did not submit at that time and cic did not get the older pcc before expiry, you do not have any argument. You will have to get a new one and submit. Again, you can always call cic. But beware, agent might agree but your officer might request a new one as per guidelines. This will delay your processing.

I had spoken with my local MP regarding my application to get more details as it is faster than GCMS notes. He got back to me today I emailed him last Wednesday, my file is currently under back checks and it is in progress and there are concerns so far. My MP told me that the current government has closed a lot of offices and reduced staff and that is why the processing time is too high. He asked me to inquire with him again if I don't hear anything within next 3 months.

I hope I hear by end of this month............ desperate for PPR/

I am still waiting for it. When did your Application arrive at their docks?

Aug 21st I think.

Also, another question, I never submitted my PCC for both countries at the time of application. However, they never asked for those documents with RPRF request. DO you think they will ask some later time?

I had also applied under CEC last November(which came back due to quota being full) with both PCCs, do you think they are going to take the PCC from that application and will never request it for this one application or they will request later on?

Its absolutely normal. You could see from my timeline i have had similar experience.

I am not certain about whether they would ask for it or not. However, If your PCCs from CEC class are valid (One Year Validity), then you can definitely provide these one upon receiving CIC request to submit PCCs.

Congrats...yes, it is normal, you will get PPR email shortly ( within couple of days). Which day you application changed into IP?

i got ip on April and decision made on May 4 still no ppr little worry why it's delay normally ppr first then decision made if I am not wrong ?? Right

Which date u got IP in April ? Please let us know.
And when did ur file reached CIC ?

you get DM first and then followed by PPR.

Based on my understanding, DM is first, followed by PPR in email. I would suggest you to call CIC call center agent about the decision ( approval or rejection).

Congrats buddy. Keep checking ur email. Also the spam folder. U will defiantly get PPR this week.

I dont know exact reason, but could be some administrative lagging. Your PR is approved, so be calm and you will get the email sometime early this week. Congrats again
