Hello guys
I just read a person resigned from his/her job after getting MB nomination and is unemployed from 2 months.
I wanted to share my experience because it might help someone in this forum.

FORUM: PNP PR November 2014 Applicants

Application Received to CIC Nova Scotia on November 3rd, 2014
AOR Received on April 8th, 2015.
Upfront Medical appointment taken for April 16th , 2015.
Changes in Employment (Proof of Previous Employment Relieving Letter and Experience Certificate update on the Case Specific enquiry) as well as sent to email id provided by CIC in AOR.
Please update my timeline accordingly.

Any senior here who has experience that how to update CIC about change in employment?? I had resigned from the job on December 17th, 2014 and relieved by employer of Februaru 06, 2015 after serving notice period of 2 months. I am an unemployee right now... Is there any nagetive effect to my application if I have been Resigned from the work since I had already nominated under Manitoba Provincial Nomination Program from Manitoba Government.
Please light on the raise issue as It creat some tension for me now. I have total 8 years of work experience and now I am an unemployment.
Please share your views and experience with me here.

First thing you never resign from a job especially if its under PNP program. May be you have reasons for that but here is the thing you are working for the province based on that the province nominate you. Of course it will have effect your application.
I do not want to scare you but before resigning you should get a different job ready.
Get a job ASAP and inform PNP and CIC about your changed job and a letter from employer.

I am not sure if in MB you have to get you job and employer approved from MB Immigration but in SK you need to do that before you apply for PNP. It takes 4-5 months.
After getting my job approved and SK immigration scanned about my employer and the company I work for and then issued me a letter that I am approved and can apply for PNP if I want to.

So next step I applied for PNP and got my nomination in May 2014. I submitted all my paystubs as well.

Next I applied to CIC in June 2014 .
December 2014 I get a call SK immigration asking me where I live and work and I need to provide my 6 months paystubs.
Damn everything going wrong with me only.....I was thinking that and the person who called said they will contact me via email about what I need to submit along with my paystubs.

January 2015 (after one and half year of approving) my employer was audited by the SK immigration Again
Finally Feb 2015
I never got request for any doc submission and my employer provided everything and it was good.
Even she was surprised that why would SK immigration audit them if they already approved my job :-X

But again in March 2015 CIC asked me for my paystubs.

Just to be on a safe side friend. Get a job and get you application on track.

Has anyone of you in the worst pile, no QA, who got aor after 10 months after everyone else and no MR in a month called cic asking whats going on.
I am thinking of calling them but in case if you guys have done so, i dont want to waste 30 mins being on hold. Although 30 mins seems nothing compared to 11 months. I am seriously thinking that there is something wrong with my file, probably in one of those piles that takes 2 years+. I am thinking of other options like ee or returning back.

It is really annoying. I am in the same boat. I think it helps if we all call and mention that there are some people that are affected by this.
If there is a pile that has this problem, then an OFFICER change might be a solution for that pile.
I suggest we all call them and specifically ask them what is wrong. If they said that the process takes time, then we have enough reasons to say that our fellow nominees that applied after us, now have DM and etc. We definitely need to take an efficient action regarding this.

Another interesting bit is that I got both emails from CIO in Sydney, not the office in Ottawa...not sure if it's normal.

Hi all,

I got two letters from CIC today...

1. RPRF request.

2. Police certificate (from China, my home Country) request. The email said the certificate I submitted wasn't acceptable. But I submitted the original copy with a certified translation with my original application package...I can't think of anything that could be done differently other than it has expired and I need a more recent one - my original submission was June 2014.

Any thoughts on this please?

My current status and timeline:
In-land applicant, have been living in Canada for 7 years.

Ontario PNP
Nominated: March. 2014
App. filed: June 30th 2014
App. received: July 2nd 2014
AOR received: Jan.21.2015
medical request: Jan. 29. 2015
medical done: Jan. 30. 2015
medical received: Feb. 9. 2015
RCMP request: Feb. 9. 2015
RCMP sent: Feb. 23. 2015
RPRF request: Apr.9.2015

My status shows medical received now. Never got the medical request but I had already done a medical exam in November for another reason. Emailed both Ottawa and Sydney with the receipt and they added it after 3.5 weeks. Considering paying the RPRF fee before they ask to save a few days.
I know my application is still in CIO from the notes. They have not done a thing since sending AOR as of the start of the month.

Astasi could you please update the spreadsheet with MR received.

@ Nube: Any news for PPR? Many applicants who were IP near March 10-15 getting PPR.

I paid the fee at the very beginning... And I am in Edmonton, AB. Single applicant, post grad category.
When they request for my passport, is it means approved already? My Ecas status still shows in process tho.
