Strange. First was discriminated against other provinces and streams. Now june/july/aug applicants getting it and i m from may. Nothing. Wondering if it is my application.

Any ontario May applicants without aor yet? May be i need to email cio again.

There are a bunch of us in this thread alone. I am sure there many stuck in limbo. At least the fact that some are getting AOR means CIC freed up some resources for OPNP. May be after applicants with QA call, they will start on ours. Already waited 8 months for AOR, what another few more, right?

MK_ Why will applicants with QA call get higher prirority than non QA? QA is over, done by opnp to evaluate their screw up. That should not affect the sequence since we all were on hold. First other provinces,streams and now QA call. Then will have syrian refugees, ee applicants. No one has ever made me so frustrated in life as these guys.
I can understand applicants whose wp expires soon or expired to get aor first. Thats fair.

OPNP my application was received by NS office on July 2nd. No QA call but got an QA email from Ontario immigration in late October.

Still waiting for AOR.

I think it's a combination of sheer luck based on whose desk our application landed on, and applicants whose status is in limbo or near expiry.

Agreed. Golden words. its always about luck.
Ii was concerned that my application would be processed with those submitted 7 months later, creating huge delays. Now, i just want an aor.

I think, QA Call or Email does not matter now, Now seems they start working on PNP applications and Now AOR is depending upon officers who are working on the application and how much load they have. Rest CIC knows better what is going on.

I dont know what criteria they are using. It is obviously not a FIFO.
Luck and variety of reasons could affect us. I am just guessing like the rest of us.

My WP expires in a few months, I hope I get AOR before then. All hopes of getting PR before it expires and not having to deal with extensions of multiple documents(health, OHIP, WP, TRV to name a few) are now shelved.

Hi evry1 i am MPNP applicant, i applied PR Application in Sep 2014 and Money has been taken away from my Account on 4th Dec 2014, and still waiting for AOR and Madical. Anyone know how long it will take more to receive AOR and medical. Thanks

That seems to be the million dollar question my friend .... we all seem to be having varying timelines in 2014. All the best though.

FYI - I got AOR & medical in about 1.5 months from application acceptance date.
