I was wondering about the same thing. I think it's just that they changed something on the ECAS infrastructure. The fact that it was previously showing May 05 (your AOR date) is probably just a coincidence.

Mine is showing November 4th, but I didn't notice what date was showing before

that is modified date of website content, May be they have updated the content or changed some functionality of website. It is nothing related to your application status.

I didnot get any call or email from them. I called them to inquire and they said, if they need to they will reach out otherwise you need not worry.

No need to worry about it friends.its not necessary to get call or email from PNP. Me and some of friends directly got email stating our application number without any prior call or email.so those who are not getting email or call probably will get AOR within few weeks .

They added this line "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

Noup. These applicants are outside Canada and their timelines are different from the inland applicants.

Oh I see thanks. I noticed the Singapore office is quoting 32 months as the processing time, but CPC Ottawa quotes 17 months....The system is very confusing

Anyone got in-progress yet?

I emailed them back in July and got a response like this:
My application was received on the 20th of May but still haven't got in process on ECAS yet. I wonder if it really is in process and they're just not updating ECAS or they meant my application is in the application pool waiting to be reviewed and not quite achieve the "In-progress" status. This wait is killing me.
