Hi All, I have recently got my PR approved. I applied via BC PNP. So, the question I have is how long do I have to stay in Canada before I can return back and continue with my H1B work.
P.S: I applied in 2019 and got approved in 2021. I had lost all hope for PR.

There is no comparison between PR and a work permit.

Plan which you can try:
2021: Do the landing at the end of your COPR period, just 1-2 weeks before so that you delay little so that PR doesnt start quick as its timebased from hereon to finish and execute next steps.
2021 - 2022: Move your job to seattle.
2021 to 2023: As soon as you got your job in border city then move to BC border city inside Canada.

This way, you keep everything you wanted and easier and benefits than searching for new job with less pay in Canada.

1095 days to be completed in the last 5 years for your qualification for applying citizenship. So around 3 years you need to be inside Canada before you can move out.
