I have been nominated with employer support job offer. Currently, I am on a closed work permit with that employer. Two months ago I sent my paper-based PR application to Sydney Office (no AOR). Recently I quit the job due to the bad working conditions and the province soon will revoke my nomination. I found a new job in another province and planning to apply for a new closed WP. As I paid online for this PR application, I requested a refund and got it in full amount already.
1. Whether the getting a full refund of PR fees means that I withdrew this PR application? Should also send a request through the web-form? Or it automatically withdraws after I lose nomination?
2. What should I answer in my case to the question 'Have you submitted a permanent resident application in Canada?' in new WP application? Formally my PR application review hasn't started, they just received the package... Is the sending/receiving package means submit from my end in my particular situation?
