I have already submitted the PCC with my application and paid the fees in total.
I called CIC this week to verify my application status, and an agent told me that:
Madical was passed
Eligibility not started
Security not started
Criminality in progress
Is that can be true? I can't believe it. I just see applicants from December and January having DM and PPR already.
Any December AR with the same situation?

One of my friend has same timeline as yours, He did his Medicals on Sept 15th and got PPR last week.

Has he received ADR and PAL?
I actually don't understand how CIC are processing applications. Many December and January applicants are actually receiving ppr. According to the CIC agent, my eligibility check has not been started yet. How do they start processing criminality before the eligibility?

He did his application with representative and he did'n't provided much information just the medicals in Sept. and then direct PPR
