Hope you are all good! I just received ITA, now preparing doc to submit the application. Few questions to ask:

1. should all the supporting doc(like proof of marriage) translated into English and notarized？
2. should i provide all of by bank account report? (I plan to provide one of them as the amount is enough to support 2 applicants)
3. I was required to provide proof of upfront medical exam, is it the same as the general medical exam?
