Can you please give me a rough idea about the stuff that i should write while raising the webform. Like, i want to ask about my eligibility, criminality and security status. Is there a defined template or something that you can share, that will be very helpful.

Sometimes their reply are tend to be confounding. Call them and ask specifically on your eligibility (Recommended pass or review required) or raise notes to know the status.

From what I've heard and understood.

Review - Done by program assistant
Recommended pass - Marked by case processing officer
Met - Marked by senior visa officer

I'm afraid you won't be able to contact NDVO through web form or call. Chances of contacting them through mail is also remote. Raise GCMS notes to know your application status.

Background verifications: in process (but based on an earlier call she mentioned its complete)

I think I had commented on your post in the past. My timeline and province is very similar to yours and I have no update on my application after biometrics, no GU too. I am not sure what's my application status. I am very worried. My progress bar is 72%, I am not sure does it actually follows the timeline or it just grows as days pass!

Just try calling them or raise a web form to know your status. Don't worry about GU, many of them who has got PPR never got it during their process.

Just ask about the status of the eligibility, security, criminality, background check and visa office? Or if you have textnow app you can call them as well.
