Hello friends;

I am not sure what the processing times are and am a bit confused about which way should I go to get permanent residence in Ontario. I recently got my post grad work permit, and also moved in with my girl friend of past 5 years who is Canadian citizen. We have lived together in the past, but because of school, and work, we had to meet only on weekends for a while. It's only been few months that we have been officially living together. Can we qualify as common law? If so, Which program would best suit me to get to PR the fastest. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

To be considered common law, you must have lived together for a minimum of one full year and be able to provide evidence to prove this.
