PNP Nomination Transfer to New Profile

Need help in understanding process. I have received ITA on Feb 8 based on PNP received. But I have to decline ITA as USA PCC was taking time. My earlier IELTS result expired on Mar 13 but I have received new IELTS result on Feb 25. I couldn't received in my express entry profile as ITA was issued. Now after declining its says ineligible and I can not update my Profile. System says to create new Express Entry Profile.

Do anyone know if PNP nomination transfer or re-issue on based of new profile?

Yes, send them a request and attach the needed documents (new profile and refused ITA), they will take care of it.

Also andremarques19751 is there any letter or mail for Decline. I don't see anything generated for same.

I have submitted my request tp province. Waiting to hear back there decisions.
