I announced dm earlier today. And I just got ppr email from my agent. To my amazement, the letter asked to submit passports for myself and my dependants. My dependants are not yet in Canada. Is it normal for me to get their passports, submit here in Canada for Visa and send to them? Or it's just an automated message and they need to submit their passports at the nearest Canadian embassy to them?

It took us 90 min from waiting in the line on us site to "congratulations you are now permanent residents of Canada".
The us officer asked us:height, weight, took fingerprints etc... Canadian officer just asked for the conformation of address for the cards.

It was only through this that we could figure we were having DMs and PPR waves alternating, what now looks we are seeing instant DM and PPRs together or 1 day later, and it is going backward in relation to ghosts update (i.e., if you got a ghost last, you will get PPR first).
