but i called and couldn't reach any agent. what phone and options do you use in the menu? i heard my status from an answering machine and then i tried to talk to an agent but the queue was full

But I'm worried as DM is in ecas but the agent said it's in final stage and until they send me the corresponding email...
I think that people replied to this question :" no one knows"
i was thinking once everyone frm july to august gets dms... they will start issuing ppr... coz no more excuse for delays after dms

When does your Work permit expire?? I think they are making decisions based on that
It would take 2 weeks to 2 months to issue PPR after DM. Just someday within this time range. But someone did got the ppr in less than 2 weeks after DM. It all depends each officer's work tempo and mood, I guess.
