Mine is still saying eligibility, background check in progress.

I had ghost update on Nov 2016.. Made a call to cic today.. background check passed 09 nov so it’s just decision hasn’t been made yet. any guess how long they will take ?

I also made a call to Cic this morning regarding to decision made and ppr. Got ghost update last week, the agent said passed background check and all other requirements. But she was not sure how soon cic will email ppr after everything passed, just ask to be patient. Anyway, ghost update means everything has been passed and stacking up for dc or ppr.

I had an extra line in ecas yesterday..is that what you mean by the ghost update??....what does it mean??

Log into your Cic account, it shows “update”, once you click in, update will dispear

I don't have any access to my cic account as the application was applied through a lawyer..

I think extra line has the same thing as ghost update in Cic account.
