I’m a July 10 applicant , decision made Oct 16 ,still waiting for PPR. Been more than 4 weeks , no PPR . Any July applicants with same timeline ?

Today I got extra line on ecas:

8.We sent you correspondence on November 13, 2018. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

I think it refers to the request of Schedule A last week, so I do not think this qualifies as ghost update or anything. By the way, yesterday the line referring to "additional documents" on mycic changed from "the documents you provided have been uploaded" to " we are reviewing the documents you provided". At least this gives me the feeling that my application is moving, but so far no ghost update or dm or anything concrete.
