I really don't know. I have no emails, I just checked ecas yesterday and I could see there Decision Made.

I was reading the PPR email format sample and I just realized I haven't updated my new phone number to them even after I got DM. Just updated them via IRCC webform. Hoping it would not affect my application If you have not updated them your contact information change (email/mailing address/ home address/ phone number), please do it now.

At best it will take them at least 4 weeks or more to update your phone. So, it doesn't really matter at this point.

Is there anybody else from July 24th-31st applicants?

I am a July 27th applicant. My application is still "in processing" as far. CIC asked me to provide additional documents in March. Then I did the upfront medical test, that was passed in June as the system indicated. Hopefully I can receive PPR early next month. It is a very critical time for me since I am doing a contract with my current employer. My current contract will be ended next April. PR is a big factor if I could be renewed or get promoted as a permanent worker.

i think everyone who is getting DM. they will be called or email by there nearest immigration office for the landing interview. my friends who applied through express entry they did there landing by this way in the last month.

He is from Ontario and he applied through express entry but i think they are changing this thing to everyone that's why there is no ppr from last month people only getting DM.

I asked my friend who also got PR from express entry last year. He also lives in Ontario and he said what they did was a phone interview (landing interview). I guess things are different for EE. But hopefully, they may switch to this method for us

Is it better idea to change home address after decision made???
Will it affect any process delay or something?

I changed my phone number after Decision made yesteday, it would not affect the process, it is better that you do it now i think because when they issue PPR to you, they will ask if there has been any changes to your contact info (mail address, email, phone number, additional spouse or kid, etc...). So it is better to tell them now since they have not been issuing PPR for 2 weeks. It takes around 10 business days for them to update, so I think it wont slow you down
