My wife has completed her 3 years Diploma in general Nursing from Government Nursing colleges after Intermediate (12 years education with medical Fsc) in 2022. During her 3 years She also done job as a Nurse practitioner in different wards of Government Hospital .
She has 1 year experience as a staff nurse full time work.
She has 6 bands in IELTS.
Husband education:
Bachelor of commerce passed in 2018 and Has 4 years experience in Transportation manager.
Is my wife is eligible for PNP kidnly tell me all about this

You have to research PNP programs based on her profile. Most are through Express Entry. Is she eligible for Express Entry? That would be the first step so she needs ECA an IELTS. She needs to look at NNAS licensing because she cannot work as a nurse in Canada until completed. Most PNPs not through Express Entry require a job offer.

You may have a higher score than her for Express Entry because you have a degree. Depends on what the ECA states.

You need to research PNP programs based on a) for Express Entry - your NOC and CRS score (PNP selects based on those two criteria, and b) non EE streams - need a job offer.

Is she licensed through NNAS to work as a nurse in Canada? Does she have ECA and IELTS completed? If she is RN she would have a 4 year degree. Those are the first steps. There is no link. She needs to do her own job search.

Have you had her degree assessed? A registered nurse is a 4 year degree. Her degree may be the equivalent of a licensed practical nurse and not a registered nurse.
