I don't have an answer for you, I applied to BC PNP and I've never been to Nunavut. I am just curious, why Nunavut? Did you get a job there?
My common law partner is a temp worker there. There are work opportunities in the capital, Iqaluit. It is a pretty new territory, local authorities are not familiar with immigration process. There does not seem to be a Provincial Nomination Programme or you have to do it through Manitoba from what I read... Unfortunately, info about NU is scarce.
