Hi everyone,
I am asking for a friend.
He is right now is Canada and will be attending the Marketing Management course in January. If he applies for permanent residency before his course gets done in September and gets a score of 444 without counting the Canadian diploma. Does he qualify to be nominated by Onatrio as a province since he studying in Ontario itself. Please keep in mind that after the course he won't be having a company sponsor his PR and hence I want to confirm if he can get a nomination without a job offer?
