hello, I am a second year PhD student in Ontario. I am here with my wife and we both want to apply for permanent resident under atlantic pilot program. My study will get only after another 2-3 yrs. Am I eligible to apply? Any suggestions? and just in case if we get PR, I can take a break and can move and work for a while too.
