Do Indian advocates with 4+ years of experience have a scope of getting a PR through PNP's? And if it is possible then please mention the province as well. Thanks

Few options since you are in a licensed profession. What is your CRS score?

At present it's 390. any scope of getting a PR through PNP with this score?
Not really. I don’t even know if eligible for PNPs because you are in a licensed profession. Saskatchewan, no. Maybe look at Alberta. I think that would be your only option if they draw that NOC without a license.

So how much CRS would create a scope for PNP or there's no chance of PNP at all for advocates?

There is no chance unless Alberta selects that NOC. As for CRS, again don’t know as they select the NOCs and CRS scores. Again it is a licensed profession so you would not be able to practice so not sure if Alberta would select a NOC that you can’t be employed in.

IMO you would need to be selected through FSW / Express Entry because of your profession and PNP really isn't an option. FSW / EE draws are on hold right now. Once they restart, you'll want to have 480+ to have a chance at being selected.

If your score is 390, you need to increase to about 480. Look at improving IELTS, learning French or studying in Canada. The program needs to expand on your career in law so look at masters.
