PNP file submitted with IRCC in April 2021 (Manual) no idea on status

Hi All,
I got nomination under PNP in February 2021 and complete file dispatched to IRCC in March2021 itself....till date no idea on status....can anyone help on it.As it's manual submission so webform also can't be submitted at present.
Request advise.

Did you use a courier service so that you're sure IRCC received it? Not hearing anything back until 11-13 months for an AOR (sometimes 15 months) is normal.
