Well, I don't think so! If you want to go through EE PNP, then, you are not eligible because you need at least 6 in all modules to be eligible for EE.

If I were you, I'd retake the test to get a better score. Ideally, having CLB-9 (LRWS 8777) will boost your score significantly!

I think Manitoba is still accepting but you have to show your family/friends connection and band scores minimum 5 each module.
