I have a query. One of my friend's sister is coming to Nova scotia in November this year. And my friend is living in Ontario. My friend is planning for her sister to land in Nova scotia - do her basic stuff in a week or so like applying for SIN number, health card, opening bank account and getting a phone number. After that, she is planning to call her sister to Ontario for 4-5 months so that they can stay together in winters and spend some family time together. And then she will send her sister back to Nova Scotia. Will this cause any issue in her sister's status? Please note - Her sister is nominated by Nova Scotia.
Please suggest if you see any issue in this case.
