PNP application crossed 6 months from AOR

Hello,

Can anyone suggest what can be the probable reasons for not getting PR post 6 months. My application is under Review required and untouched since 19th September 2018. AOR is 26th July 2018. Any suggestion or comments is appreciated.

Security/background checks with CSIS or your home/resident countries being held up.

IRCC is usually pretty quick with processing, but they can't progress without getting security results back.
