My Ecas status is still "Application Received" with a single line . Waiting for medicals & 2nd line.

I think you should contact to LVO & send them a query regarding your problem.

Umair is there any background check or verification you faced till now?

yes if they want they would email you regarding update experience letter current bank statement and current PCC
LVO is unpredictable ...
