PNP and FSW at the same time

Hello all,

is one allowed to apply for a PNP (Saskatchewan probably) and an FSW at the same time ? I can't find a regulation that prohibits it, and it doesn't seem illogical to me either: if you want to settle for example in Saskatchewan, you could do it with a PNP or an FSW.

If allowed, I would apply for a FSW in may, hope for the best ,gain some work experience on a working holiday visa and after a few months apply for a Saskatchewan PNP.
