The procedure is the same as for anyone else applying through express entry. You create a GCKey/myCIC account, create and submit an express entry profile through this account and then wait for the invitation! One you go through it, the process will be fairly obvious.

The procedure is the same.

The problem is if PNP nominee still need to qualify:
1 Federal Skilled Worker Program
2 the Federal Skilled Trades Program
3 and the Canadian Experience Class ????????????????

they say on the website that a "proportion" of PNP nominees will be sent ITA. People who have PNP will receive 600 points which is more than what the majority of people have

once the express entry profile is submitted can it be modified?
if we apply for PNP how long should we stay in that province?
