I do not know if anyone can answer me but I want to know if I need to send all my papers in education, birth certificate, letters of the company I work (all translated and authenticated) first to the province that nominated me and once I receive the certificate of nomination must re-submit the same to the Visa Office (again all translated and authenticated) like double aplication process?? or they return the first package with the certificate of nomination? or have it remain in the province? ... I did all the paperwork for the Federal Skilled Worker this year (I left out because they filled the NOC1122 in 4 days!), and everything is about 2000 thousand dollars in my country and a month of time to find all papers and also the stressed procedure grew in me some health problems, but on the other hand desire and dream of living in Canada with my wife, but someh ow I think it is very difficult.

Hi, :D

PNP for FSW

The rules on PNP have little variation according to each province. Some of the province will directly send the application to concerned visa office after approval of the nomination.

The PNP Application Guide outlines the requirements for the Skilled Workers Category of the Provincial Immigrant Nominee Program. It includes all the instructions necessary for preparing your application.

All applicants to this category must complete the provincial forms, the required federal forms and any other federal forms that apply to their situation. They must submit all of the completed, signed forms, along with photocopies of supporting documents detailed in the application guide, to the province. Usually any original copies of supporting documentation will not be returned.

So??? what is the advantage of the Provincial Nomination Program???because you should collect twice the documents, you should pay twice and also you must have a job offer??? I dont understand why some people say that the PNP is better... ::)

once u approved by PNP u dont need to send all your education and work letter to CIC exept newdelhi & china ( those embassy only need all above docs check their own checklist) you need to send only docs on checklist only!!
