hello,
i am an international student at nova scotia ,canada for the last 9 months and now i have off campus work permit and a job at the hotel which will be converted to permanent job in couple of months (they offered me full time ,but i told them to work part time as off campus work permit dont allow full time work,so i am working part time as i'm full time student).also i have close relatives (Canadians) that i'm living with.
(my job is not related to my studies ,but they can convert it into full time whenever i want to)

my question is regarding Federal skilled worker category ,can i apply under this category as i can easily fullfill more than 67 points?

Why don't u try with PNP program. That will be easier than Federal Skilled worker. They have a limit of 1 year continuous Full-time work experience before you can apply for it. So try finding PNP as you have an employer too. There must be a category, International Students with Job Offer Stream

i dont think so i can apply through pnp as for that i should be graduated out,
while i am a student now.

but for FSW provincial nominee programme ,well i am not sure,whether students having permanent jobs (part time subject to full time) can apply or not.

i searched and came to know tht i cant apply under nominee programme.
but under FSW ,i think i can apply

nop you can't. You have to have graduate first to get PR. under skilled worker, you still have to complete studies first, than after your studies, you have to have at least 1 year continuous work experience under Federal Skilled Worker Nominated NOC's (is available on CIC website)..

So in short, you are taking the long route instead of shorter one.

Ahan.. so your NOC lies with in the list?? If yes, you can go ahead with ur application as FSW, but it has to be after ur graduation. You can always contact an attorney (like David Cohen of canadavisa.com) and they can guide you better. Don't let them file your application, instead you get all info and than think what's best

no i dont have job in one of N.O.Cs ,
but i have job here in hotel and i can ask my employer for the AEO ,an offer of full time job when i'll get the PR .
even students can apply for that ,as i have mentioned that earlier whith CIC reference.
i think most of the people dont have an idea how international students gonna apply.
