I have started a thread, "Sending Indian passport outside the country of residence!!!!"

I read here its illegal to send passport out of country when its mattter of India. No sure about your question, do you want to know if any way to send out passport from india?

It has been explained a number of times, you either have to carry the passports yourself to the Visa office and either mail or hand deliver them. Or you can authorize a trustworthy person to transport the passport. You must give that person an notarized/certified letter authorizing them to carry and submit the passports on your behalf. Also to pickup the passport with the COPR.

But in my case I am in australia and if I authorise someone then also how can I send my passport from there to here?

The only way to send the Passport to India is to have someone carry it there for you if you cannot go.
