My dean told me, there were 4 prospective Indian students. Apart from me, One from Kashmir and two from Punjab. Except that Kashmiri student (he applied at Delhi and got his visa after 53 working days), all three of us (applied at CHC Chandigarh) got stuck. And ofcourse, by rules processing of SPP is little bit faster thn non SPP.

lol ! Funny, well I am not waiting for my visa. I won't be in Canada this year. I have put off my study to the next intake i.e., August 2012. I have notified my Dean of it !
